Program Overview
Back by popular demand is the three-day Director of Nursing Boot Camp to be held May 24-26, 2010. Plan now to join Aging Services of Michigan and the NADONA-MI Chapter as they collaborate on this in-depth intensive program on the major roles and responsibilities of the Director of Nursing. Topics include important issues such as: workforce issues, clinical and reimbursement operations, survey compliance and ways to achieve quality outcomes. Each participant will receive a 500 plus page resource manual on CD as part of his/her participation in the program. The manual contains helpful resources that every DON will value: rules, regulations, policies, procedures, clinical practice guidelines, sample forms and much more.
